Alton Memorial
Alton Memorial Hospital has filed a breach of contract suit against Randolph Dickherber, alleging he failed to pay his medical bills.
According to the complaint filed Oct. 8, Alton Memorial provided Dickherber professional medical services on Oct. 19, 2007, totaling $19,104.99.
"The charges on said account are reasonable," the complaint states.
"The balance was due, and demand for payment was made, on or before Nov. 22, 2007," the complaint also states.
In addition to the balance due, Alton Memorial is seeking five percent interest, attorney fees and cost of the suit.
Tammy Wool of St. Louis is representing the hospital.
The case is awaiting mandatory arbitration.
