Kariann Guess Wineland and Todd Charles Wineland v. Dorotha A. Kapler and Roger C. KaplerKariann claims she was riding her bicycle on Culp Lane in Bethalto when the Kapler's dog allegedly ran in front of her causing a collision which resulted in serious injuries. The Winelands are seeking damages in excess of $100,000 for the injuries Kariann received and the loss of consortium Todd claims.
