  • Paisley claims Maher was intoxicated while operating a speed boat on Sept. 4, 2004, which led to her becoming injured when he failed to reduce his speed when approaching dangerous waters. Paisley is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Bridges claims Melvin collided with her on April 10, 2003, on Route 157 and Butler in Edwardsville causing permanent injuries. Bridges is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Michelmann claims Gambichler collided with him on East 23rd Street in Granite City on Aug. 12, 2004, causing serious and permanent injuries. Michelmann is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Coleman accuses the Alton Police Department of pursuing Lackey at a high rate of speed on May 24, 2004, in which Lackey collided with Coleman on Illinois Route 3 at Illinois Route 143, causing near fatal injuries. Coleman is seeking at least $300,000 in damages.

  • Marshall claims he suffered injuries to his neck, back, spine and wrists by repetitive stress trauma while working for Norfolk from 1968-2001 as a clerk. Marshall is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
