The Delivery Network, Inc.Bal Metals International, Inc. claims the two fires on Oct. 26 and Oct. 27, 2003, destroyed a deposited amount of lead that was stored at a Granite City warehouse controlled by The Delivery Network, Inc. Bal Metals is seeking a judgment of $83,675.37 in property damage, plus court costs.

Myrick claims he was injured on Dec. 30, 2003, during the course of employment on a tow boat owned by Teco Barge Line while afloat on the Ohio River near Mount Vernon, Ind. Myrick claims his injuries were a result of unsafe working conditions. He is seeking at least $50,000.

On April 17, 2004, Spann claims she was injured at the South Roxana American Legion when an intoxicated employee involved in an altercation fell on her knee. Spann is seeking at least $50,000 for injuries, loss wages, and pain and suffering.

Ford alleges on July 5, 2003, the decedent was seen in the emergency department of Anderson Hospital and was wrongfully diagnosed which resulted in her death. Ford seeks at least $150,000 and all costs.
