Twin Lake Trucking, Richard Duncan Jr.On June 29 at 5:53 Shirley Cafferty of Wichita, Kan. was driving her 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier when Richard Duncan of Granite City allegedly ran into the rear of her car westbound on Highway 50 in Marion County, Kansas, causing her death from injuries substained in the crash.

She alleges that the strip was torn away. The Kettle River Racquet Club was formerly located on Highway 159 in Glen Carbon.
