BELLEVILLE — The Anheuser-Busch credit union is suing two borrowers, alleging breach of a private education line of credit.
Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union filed a complaint Jan. 25 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Kyle Ishman and Karen Haywood, alleging they owe more than $60,000 in failing to perform their contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, on July 8, 2011, the defendants executed a private education line of credit in favor of the credit union. As of Jan. 18, 2019, the suit says, the amount of $60,591.50 remains due and owing.
The plaintiff alleges Ishman and Haywood have failed to make the required monthly payments under the terms of the agreement.
