EDWARDSVILLE — A lender is suing a borrower for allegedly failing to make payments.
SoFi Lending Corp. filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Niccole Garner, alleging she breached the terms of the agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that at a certain time known to both parties, Garner entered into a loan agreement with SoFi Lending. After deducting all just and lawful offsets, payments and credits, the sum of $200,075.72 remains due and owing.
The plaintiff holds Garner responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make payments pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $200,075.72, plus costs. It is represented by Myxuan McClure Koski, John M. Kienzle and Ziljko A. Ivelic of Zwicker & Associates PC in Lincolnwood.
