EDWARDSVILLE — A lender is suing a borrower for allegedly failing to make payments on a loan.

People's National Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Jeremy Clark, Seven Oaks Property LLC, et al, alleging they failed to pay all sums due on the note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 19, 2013, Seven Oaks Property executed and delivered a promissory note in favor of plaintiff in the original principal amount of $163,503.34. As of October 3, the total amount of $150,209.28 remains due and owing.

The plaintiff alleges that despite demands for payments, the defendants failed and refused to do so.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $150,209.28, plus accruing interest of $30.04 per day, attorney's fees, costs, interest and other just and proper relief. It is represented by Cherie MacDonald.
