EDWARDSVILLE — A lender is suing a borrower for allegedly failing to make payments on a loan.

People's National Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Jeremy Clark, Seven Oaks Property LLC, et al, alleging they failed to pay all sums due on the note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 19, 2013, Seven Oaks Property executed and delivered a promissory note in favor of plaintiff in the original principal amount of $163,503.34. As of October 3, the total amount of $150,209.28 remains due and owing.
