HeplerBroom issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
HeplerBroom is proud to announce that three of its partners—Jeff Hebrank, Troy Bozarth, and Kathy Hodge—were named to Leading Lawyers’ list of Top 10 business lawyers in downstate Illinois. HeplerBroom was the only law firm to have more than one attorney make the list.
In addition to their Leading Lawyers honors, all three partners were previously named AV Preeminent Attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell and to the lists of Best Lawyers in America and Illinois Super Lawyers.
Hebrank specializes in litigation defense, with a primary emphasis on asbestos and other toxic tort matters. Bozarth also specializes in litigation defense, particularly antitrust, class action, and pharmaceutical and medical device cases. Hodge’s specialty is environmental law, including permitting, compliance, and regulatory issues at the state and federal level.
