Ditech Financial claims woman failed to make payments

EDWARDSVILLE — A company has filed a lawsuit against a woman for allegedly failing to make payments on a debt. 

Ditech Financial LLC filed a complaint on June 6 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Zhen Zheng, alleging the defendant failed to comply with the terms of a loan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant entered into a loan agreement with Mila Inc. in the amount of $71,480. 

The defendant allegedly defaulted on the loan, and the plaintiff, which is the assignee of the open account, claims that the plaintiff now owes it $71,075.07. 

The plaintiff now holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to make payments.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $71,075.07, plus the costs of the suit and any other proper relief. 

The plaintiff is represented by Bleecker, Brodey & Andrews in Indianapolis.
