Jracking (China) Storage Solutions, doing business as Nanjing Jiangrui Storage Equipment, filed a lawsuit on May 8 in the Madison County Circuit Court against U.S. Storage Group LLC and Michael L. Sabados Jr., alleging they failed to perform their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 19, 2012, the plaintiff provided warehouse shelving units and storage racks to the defendants on credit.

As of the date on which the suit was filed, an outstanding balance in the amount of $311,136.50 remains payable.

The plaintiff alleges that despite demands for payments, the defendants failed to pay the outstanding balance.
