BELLEVILLE — A St. Clair County resident alleges two people did not pay back a loan.
Tina Norene Hagelstein filed a complaint April 12 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Michael Hagelstein and Tina J. Hagelstein alleging they failed to perform their contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 24, 2012, the defendants executed a promissory note to repay a loan for $71,500. The plaintiff claims she has been damaged by the defendants' failure to repay the loan. The plaintiff holds Michael Hagelstein and Tina Hagelstein responsible because they allegedly didn't make payments to satisfy the note.
The plaintiff seeks judgment in her favor in an amount over $50,000, plus costs and relief. She is represented by Blake G. Meinders of Blake G. Meinders, Attorney at Law in Belleville.
