Materials supplier alleges Midwest Value Construction failed to make payments

BELLEVILLE — A materials supplier is suing Midwest Value Construction and its guarantor for allegedly failing to make payments for construction materials. 

ABC Supply Co. Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Midwest Value Construction Co. Inc. and Michael T. Stamboldjiev, alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between April 2017 and September 2017, it provided construction materials to the defendants on a credit basis. However, ABC Supply alleges the defendants failed to make payments for the materials. 

As a result, the plaintiff claims it has been damaged in the amount of $270,436.07. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor in the amount of $270,436.07, plus interest, costs and attorney's fees.
