BELLEVILLE – A St. Clair County man alleges he is owed $150,000 from a Chicago corporation for the purchase of gaming properties.

Jack Merritt, doing business as Advance Amusement Co., filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Patrick Daigle, doing business as AAA Gaming LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 14, 2010, Advance Amusement sold gaming properties to AAA Gaming for $200,000 plus an additional $150,000 without interest. The purchase was payable in $2,000 per month beginning on May 1, 2011, for 75 months.

The plaintiff alleges AAA Gaming refused to pay the remaining $150,000 owed under the contract.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in a sum of more than $50,000 and any other relief as deemed just and proper by the court, plus costs of the suit.

Advance Amusement is represented by Mark S. Peebles of Peebles & Associates LLC in Belleville.
