EDWARDSVILLE – A woman is seeking damages for alleged injuries she sustained in a Granite City collision.

Mindy Woodruff filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Robert L. Noud alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 28, she was operating her vehicle on Nameoki Road in Granite City when the defendant pulled his vehicle out of a parking lot and hit her vehicle.

She alleges she sustained extensive injuries to her head, body and limbs and has expended money for necessary medical care, treatment and services.
