EDWARDSVILLE – A driver and passenger are seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in a rear-end collision in Maryville.

Patricia A. Riordan and Jeremiah G. Ray filed a complaint on Sept. 15 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Kayla K. Reynolds, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on April 13, 2010, Riordan and Ray were in a motor vehicle traveling northbound on Route 159 in Maryville when the defendant struck the rear of their vehicle.

They allege they sustained serious and progressive injuries to their heads, necks, backs and other parts of their bodies that required medical treatment.
