A sales representative has filed suit against the company that she claims failed to pay her commission for products she sold.
Tina Yates alleges she was working as a sales representative for defendant Bestever before June 1, 2012. In return, Bestever agreed to pay her commission for products she sold, according to the complaint filed Aug. 7 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
However, Bestever failed to timely pay Yates the commission she claims she earned, the lawsuit states.
In her complaint, Yates is seeking a judgment of more than $50,000, plus exemplary damages, attorneys’ fees and costs.
