A mother says she and her daughter were hurt when a car crashed into theirs in a Fairview Heights parking lot.
Alisea Cox, individually and on behalf of her minor daughter, filed a lawsuit against Heather Bradtke June 4 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Cox says she was driving in the Best Buy parking lot in March 2012 when Bradtke allegedly drove across several empty parking spaces and crashed into the vehicle. Cox says her daughter was a passenger in her car.
Cox accuses Bradtke of negligence and ask for more than $225,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court fees.
She is represented by attorney Eric Kirkpatrick of Belleville.
