A woman says she was hurt when two other drivers crashed into her while she was driving on the interstate through Hamel.
Chantily M. Elliott filed a lawsuit April 5 in Madison County Circuit Court against Charles R. Graham and Michael L. Davis.
Elliott says she was driving south on Interstate 55 in July 2010 when both Graham and Davis crashed into her. She accuses both defendants of negligence and asks for more than $100,000 in damages for medical bills, loss of income and court costs.
