A Freeburg woman is accused of crashing into another driver in Belleville.
Beverlee A. Worley filed a lawsuit March 25 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jessica R. Fischer and Wilhelm Fischer.
Worley was driving a Buick Century north on Green Mount Crossing Drive in April 2011, according to the complaint. At the same time, Jessica Fischer, driving a Lincoln Navigator owned by Wilhelm Fischer, allegedly pulled onto Green Mount Crossing Drive and crashed into Worley.
Worley is suing the Fischers for negligence and asks for more than $100,000 in damages for medical expenses, loss of income and court costs.
She is represented by attorney Patrick G. Johnston of Edwardsville. They request a jury trial.
