A St. Clair County painting company is demanding a Shiloh woman pay an outstanding bill of more than $74,000.
Beckner Painting Midwest filed a petition against Susan Morse Feb. 13 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Beckner Painting provided $74,430 worth of goods and services to Morse. The company says Morse has refused to pay the outstanding bill, despite multiple demands for payment.
Beckner Painting is asking Morse to pay the outstanding balance, interest and court costs.
Attorneys Vincent D. Vogler and Michael A. Kasperek of St. Louis are representing the company.
