A St. Clair County woman is suing the driver of the car that allegedly rear-ended her while she was driving in Shiloh.
Tamarro F. Brooks filed a lawsuit April 11 against Lisa L. Milton in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Brooks says she was driving south on North Greenmount Road in December 2011. As she neared the intersection of Greenmount Crossing Drive, Brooks claims she was hit from behind by a car being driven by Milton.
Brooks accuses Milton of negligence and is asking for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, loss of income and court fees.
She is represented by attorney Shaun M. Lieser of St. Louis.
