A St. Clair County man says he was hurt when he was rear-ended by another driver in Sangamon County.
Christopher N. Mason filed a lawsuit Feb. 3 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Amanda B. Conaway.
Mason says the alleged crash happened as he was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Madison and Sixth Street in March 2010. That is when Conaway allegedly hit him from behind with her car and then fled the area.
Mason accuses Conway of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses and court costs.
