A Madison County woman is suing the driver of a car that allegedly rear-ended her in Collinsville.
Jennifer Hogg filed the lawsuit against Scott Capecchi July 19 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Hogg says she was driving south on Golfview, near the intersection of Beltline, in March 2010, when she was hit from behind by Capecchi. She accuses Capecchi of negligence and asks for an unspecified amount of money in damages for medical bills and court fees.
Attorney Sam C. Mitchell of West Frankfort represents Hogg.
