A case management conference is set in a suit filed by plaintiff Martha Green against the national airline of the Emerald Isle, Aer Lingus.

Madison County Circuit Judge David Hylla moved the conference from the regular case management day – June 29 – to June 24 at 10:30 a.m. according to an April 28 order.

Aer Lingus has yet to answer the 2010 complaint that seeks damages medical costs, lost wages and other damages.

Green alleges that she broke her left arm while exiting one of the company's planes at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago because a passenger exit ramp was improperly maintained.

It is also unclear as to who currently represents Green in the case currently.

Wood River attorney Lance Mallon filed the suit on Green's behalf last year.

However, Mallon died the same year after a battle with cancer.

No attorney is listed for Aer Lingus. The company is the national airline of Ireland.

The case is Madison case number 10-L-1039.
