A Missouri woman is suing the driver of the car that allegedly crashed into her on a one-way street in Belleville.
Amanda J. Collins filed the lawsuit against Kenneth R. Williams in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Collins says she was driving west in the left lane on West A Street in May 2009. Collins says Williams was driving in the right lane, moving in the same direction. Collins claims Williams tried to make a left turn onto 3rd Street from his right lane and crashed into her.
Collins accuses Williams of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills and court costs.
