A St. Clair County woman is suing another woman for allegedly crashing into her head on.
Mary L. Kuhn filed a lawsuit March 9 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Shondia T. Cannon.
According to the petition, Kuhn was driving west on Highway 50 in October 2010. As she approached the intersection of Ruby Lane in
Fairview Heights, Kuhn says Cannon, who was driving in the opposite direction, ignored the traffic light and crashed into the front of her car.
Kuhn accuses Cannon of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical costs and court fees.
