A Madison County real estate company is asking to paid what it was already awarded in a previous lawsuit.
Fuldner Properties LLC filed a lawsuit March 2 in Madison County Circuit Court against Joseph P. Blasingim, Amy L. Blasingim, David L. Blasingim and Karen K. Blasingim.
Court documents show Fuldner was awarded a judgment of more than $130,000 against the Blasingims in January. Fuldner says the Blasingims have not paid the money. They are asking to be paid the full amount awarded in the previous judgment plus the costs of the current legal action.
Attorney Theodore R. Bynum III of St. Louis is representing Fuldner.
