A Madison County man is suing another driver after being hurt in a car crash.
Tillo Agne filed the complaint against Coley Camp Oct. 12 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Agne says the alleged crash happened in November 2008 when was driving on Edwards Street in Alton. Ange says he was going east on Edwards and Camp was driving north on Main Street.
Agne claims Camp failed to stop at the intersection of Edwards and Main and crashed into Agne's car. He says he was seriously hurt in the crash.
Agne is asking for more than $50,000 to compensate for his injuries, medical costs and court fees.
Attorney Kenneth B. Beljanski of Fairview Heights is representing Ange.
