The mother of a minor girl claims her daughter suffered severe injuries after a dog attacked her.
Tammy Wall, the mother of Lilly M. Wall, filed a lawsuit Sept. 1 in Madison County Circuit Court against Kristine Walker, Luther F. Walker and Judith A. Walker.
Tammy Wall claims Lilly Wall walked past 825 Hawthorne Ave. in Wood River on Sept. 2, 2008, when a dog owned by the Walkers' attacked her.
In addition to her injuries, Lilly Wall suffered scarring and disfigurement and experienced great pain and anguish, according to the complaint.
In her complaint, Tammy Wall seeks a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs and other relief the court deems just.
