An attorney for a glass company claims another glass company has failed to follow court orders, refusing to relinquish more than $70,000.

Mary Ann Ohms of Guilfoil, Petzall and Shoemake in St. Louis filed an affidavit in support of an application to record a foreign judgment on Aug. 9 in Madison County Circuit Court. Ohms filed the affidavit in support of Insulite Glass Company and against Bethalto Glass.

Ohms claims Insulite Glass won a lawsuit against Bethalto filed in Johnson County Circuit Court. According to Ohms' affidavit, a judgment of $74,200.35 in Insulite's favor was entered on Feb. 25.
Still, Bethalto has failed to make the payment, the suit states.

Now, Ohms wants a Madison County judge to enforce the Johnson County Circuit Court judgment, the complaint says.

Madison County Circuit Court case number: 10-L-823.
