Daimler Chrysler Financial Services America claims three people and a company owe it more than $200,000 for a truck they purchased.
Daimler filed a lawsuit June 28 in Madison County Circuit Court against Zimmerman Trucking and Garland Zimmerman Sr., Garland Zimmerman Jr. and Donna Zimmerman.
Daimler claims the defendants took out a loan to purchase a truck.
However, since June 17, the defendants have failed to make their required monthly payments, according to the complaint.
The defendants still owe $246,615.82 on the vehicles, the suit states.
In addition to the money it says the defendants owe it, Daimler seeks attorney's fees and costs.
Louis S. Freedman of Naperville will be representing it.
