A company has filed suit against a Livingston County corporation, alleging it failed to pay more than $150,000 for electrical and other building materials.
Rexel United Electric Supplies claims it agreed to sell the materials to Inland Technologies Service on July 7, 1989, and again on June 12, 2001.
However, Inland failed to pay for the materials and owes Rexel $152,661.53, according to the complaint filed Feb. 1 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
In addition to the money it says it is owed, Rexel is seeking attorneys' fees, interest at two percent per month and costs.
