Jury selection lasted much of Monday as the trial of a 2003 negligence suit got under way in Madison County.
Jurors were still pacing the third floor of the Madison County courthouse at 3:15 p.m.
Plaintiff Michael York is suing the Wicks Lounge, its owner, David Wickenhauser and others.

York is represented by Christopher and Lloyd Cueto.
The defendants are represented by Ralph Derango.
Madison County Circuit Judge Dennis Ruth presides.
The trial will continue Tuesday.
The case is Madison case number 03-L-562.
