Hulliung Gymnastics filed suit against a former employee in St. Clair County Circuit Court Feb. 26, alleging she executed paychecks substantially in excess of hours worked.
According to the suit, defendant Nancy Roach of 1304 Doral Court in O'Fallon converted Hulliung's funds from 2003 and 2007.
"That Plaintiff believes that Defendant has converted in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars," the complaint states.
Represented by P.K. Johnson, IV, of Johnson and Johnson in Belleville, Hulliung is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
