National Bank is pleased to announce that Susan C.
Bailey, VP - Commercial Loan Officer, has been recognized as Ambassador
of the Month by The Fairview Heights Chamber of Commerce at their
January monthly meeting.
"Susan donates her personal time to make our business community
a better place and help our chamber succeed," said Anji Justmann,
Executive Director for The Fairview Heights Chamber of Commerce. She
went on to say "There is an adage that states, 'People are less
convinced by what they hear than what they see'. Through your
volunteerism as an Ambassador, we saw someone who cared."
At National Bank, Bailey manages a multi-million-dollar
commercial lending portfolio and has the responsible for business
development in southern Illinois.
Bailey holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and
a master's degree in business administration, both from Southern
Illinois University-Edwardsville. She is a member of the Belleville
Rotary Club and is an ambassador for both the Fairview Heights Chamber
of Commerce and the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce. She and her
husband, Wayne, have one son and reside in Caseyville, Ill.
National Bank was founded in Hillsboro, Ill., in 1869 and
currently serves south central Illinois with 10 banking locations. The
Edwardsville branch, located at 1611 Troy Road, opened in May 1997.
