Richard Cannedy, special administrator of the estate of Clarice Cannedy v. united Methodist Village Retirement Communities

  • Cannedy claims his wife suffered a massive intracerebral subdural hemorrhage on May 4, 2004, after she was left unattended while taking a bath. Cannedy is seeking damages in excess of $300,000.

    Ben Douglas v. Barry Ash and Ronald Sitton

  • Douglas claims he sustained injuries on July 26, 1996, while he was a passenger in a car being driven by Ash when Sitton allegedly collided with them on Route 3 in Wood River. Douglas is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
