  • Abusharnain claims he sustained serious injuries on Dec. 11, 2003, when Hogg collided with him on I-55 in Hamel. Abusharnain is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

  • Mitchell claims her daughter sustained injuries to her foot at the school on Dec. 10, 2004, and was not given any medical attention by the school nurse or any other medical provider. Mitchell is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.

  • Wells claims she was injured on Dec. 20, 2003, when a shelf at Kirkland's came off the wall causing picture frames to fall on her. Wells is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Elise claims she was injured when Rodgers allegedly collided with her on Johnson Road in Granite City on Nov. 29, 2003. Raymond is seeking damages for loss of consortium. They are seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
