Shelia Rayoum v. Gateway Packaging Company

Rayoum claims she was discharged from Gateway in June of 2005, after seeking benefits under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act. Rayoum is seeking compensatory and punitive damages in excess of $50,000, but less than $75,000.
