Locklear Electric v. My Overhead Corporation

  • Locklear claims My Overhead “willfully” sent or caused to be sent unsolicited fax advertisements, and therefore is liable for $1,500 in damages for each separate unsolicited fax sent. Locklear and each member of the class are seeking damages under $75,000.

    Joe Fisher v. Airco/The BOC Group Inc.

  • Fisher claims he was exposed to welding fumes that contained manganese from products sold by the defendants which led to him developing Parkinson’s Disease. Fisher is seeking damages in excess of $500,000.

    Jeffrey Urioste v. Bulldog Wrecking, LLC
    J-Moran; PA-Alexander Wilson
  • Urioste claims Bulldog is in breach of contract that paid him $70 per ton and a food allowance to tear down steel in Shawneetown, Ill. and Tiffin, Ohio. Urioste is seeking at least $60,662.50 in damages.

    George Jenkins v. Andrew Forman

  • Jenkins claims he was seriously injured on July 1, when Forman allegedly collided with him on Main street in Collinsville. Jenkins is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
