  • Blevins claims she was seriously injured on April 13, 1998, when Henke, an employee of RP Lumber, allegedly collided with her on Lou Juan Hills and Route 159. Blevins is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Rain alleges that Alton’s city attorney changed a warrant that was in another person's name into his on March 31, 2004, without proper judicial authority. Rain is seeking compensatory and punitive damages in excess of $150,000.
