  • Willis claims she was permanently injured on Feb. 11, when Hall allegedly collided with her on North Henry and Elm in Alton. Willis is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Parker claims her daughter was injured on April 30 at the Alton Casey’s when an employee ran over her left foot with a floor buffer. Parker is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Seigle Hayes, special administrator of the estate of Irma Hayes v. Eunice Smith Home

  • Hayes alleges the Alton nursing home failed to provide Irma with appropriate medical care and treatment when Irma sustained a fractured left femur which contributed in part to her death on March 25. Hayes is seeking at least $150,000 in damages.
