  • Rehg claims that his son injured his left femur on July 18, 2003, while at the Space Crazy concession stand at the St. Jacob Homecoming. Rehg is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 plus costs.

  • Sexton claims he was permanently injured on May 3, 2004, when Sykes allegedly collided with him on Route 111 and Horseshoe Lake Road in Collinsville. Sexton is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
