  • Kayser claims he was injured on June 26, 2004, while at Patty MC D’s when he was attacked and struck several times on the left side of his face. Kayser is seeking at least $150,000 in damages.

  • Huff and Jackson claim they were permanently and severely injured on July 19, 2003, when Wright collided with them on Route 3 near Grafton Hills. Huff and Jackson each seek at least $50,000 in damages.
