  • Kern and Chapman, and Class allege they paid their insurance premiums, but General Electric Capital Assurance Company refused to pay for the long-term-assisted-care. The Plaintiffs and Class claim GECAC was deceptive in the presentation of information in the policy contract, and GECAC refuses to refund benefits owed to them.
    The Plaintiffs and Class seek damages not to exceed $75,000, plus all costs, and further compensation as the Court sees fit.

    Christopher J. Gray v. Moto, Inc., a Missouri Corp., d/b/a Motomart, and FKG Oil Company, a Missouri Corporation, d/b/a Motomart

  • Gray alleges, as a pedestrian on the premises of the Godfrey Motomart, on Mar. 23, 2003, he was struck by a vehicle. Gray claims Motomart failed to maintain its premises which provided hazardous conditions for its patrons. He is seeking damages of at least $100,000 for physical and mental anguish, medical bills, and lost wages.

  • J.F. Electric, Incorporated claims a fire totally destroyed their building on Feb. 6, 2003. J.F. Electric alleges their insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance company failed to pay for the reconstruction of a new building and the demolition of the fire damaged building, as covered in the terms of the insurance policy. J.F. prays for a damages totaling $580,000, including a $60,000 penalty fee, plus attorney fees and all costs.
