Kindhart alleges she was injured when a patron at the bar involved in a bar fight fell on to her. She is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.

Ingram is seeking at least $50,000 for injuries she sustained when an Alton police officer collided with her on Nov. 25, 2000, while in a high-spped pursuit of a perosn alleged of a misdemeanor violation.
