William Arnold claims that he suffered injuries to his head, back, legs, bones, tendons and soft tissue Oct. 1 when Moore allegedly failed to keep a proper and sufficient lookout and failed to reduce her speed when she collided with him at Route 3 and Eastgate Plaza. He is seeking at least $50,000 in damages. Linda Arnold is also seeking at least $50,000 for loss of consortium for her husband’s extensive injuries.
