  • Wallace alleges he fell 10 feet into an atrium causing serious injuries on June 23, 2003 in Alton. He seeks at least $100,000 in damages.

    Casey Wilhold v. Kevin D. Elkins
    J-Byron; PA-Patrick G. Johnston
  • Wilhold claims that on Dec. 4, 2003, Elkins collided with him at Route 40 and Joe St. in Collinsville causing severe injuries. Wilhold claims Elkins was drinking at Ardie & Tiny’s Lounge in Collinsville before the accident, and is also suing under the Dram Shop Act. He is seeking at least $200,000 in damages.

    Larry and Shelia Sandage v. Cottrell Inc.

  • Sandage claims he permanently injured himself while working on a ratchet system on the rig he was operating. The couple seeks at least $1,000,000 in damages, see related story.
