  • Case management conference was continued until Nov. 24 while Norfolk amends its answer to Miller’s complaint.

    Jack Marinacci v. Union Pacific Railroad
  • A motion to continue the case was filed by Marinacci, a case management conference on Nov. 24 has been reset to a later date.

    Richard Rodden v. Days Inn, Ray Hoyt Inmate No. 156131 et.al.
  • Motion for summary judgment filed by McCormick’s Pizza will be heard on Dec. 3. Days Inn filed a motion to amend case management order; hearing and case management conference set for Dec. 17.

    Paul S. Grimmett v. General Motors, State Farm Insurance
  • Angela Spivey has been named pro hac vice for General Motors, which filed a support memo regarding its motion to dismiss based on forum non conveniens.

  • Judge Lola Maddox continued the Nov. 15 trial date and set a case management conference on Dec. 30 at 8:30 a.m.

  • Tiger’s motion to leave to file a counter claim against Woody’s Municipal Supply was granted by Judge Nicholas Byron.

  • Judge Nicholas Byron set a motion hearing on Dec. 3 to hear plaintiff’s motion to leave to file an amended complaint.

    Mark Brown v. Insurance Auto Auctions et.al.
  • Judge Nicholas Byron set a Dec. 3 motion hearing date to hear Brown’s motion to leave to file a third amended complaint.

    Marcel G. Kampwerth v. Wal-Mart
  • Stipulation for dismissal with a proposed order was filed by Kampwerth and Wal-Mart.

    Sheri Mitchell v. Camelot Bowl
  • Judge George Moran dismissed this case with prejudice on Nov. 15.

    Shala Balster v. River Bend Contractors
  • Judge Byron set a civil jury trial for Nov. 15, 2005 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 327.
