  • Diab and Boch’s motion to withdraw was granted, and withdrawal of defendant's motion was denied by Judge Kardis. Also, plaintiff’s motion to quash deposition was granted.

  • Case management conference was reset for 60 days and both parties agreed not to conduct discovery until the next case management conference.

  • Hearing for defendant’s motion for summary judgment under Count II of plaintiff’s amended complaint, as well as defendant's motion to dismiss Count III of the amended complaint was called and heard. Defendant's motion for summary judgment granted, motion to dismiss under 2-619 is granted with leave to amend Count III.
